To provide the best experience for all our clients, we ask that you please respect the following booking guidelines:

Salon Etiquette
I am located within RDR Hair Artistry. For safety and focus, no additional guests or children are permitted during appointments. Please arrive with clean skin and lashes, and avoid caffeine or energy drinks beforehand. Kindly switch off or silence all electronic devices during your visit.
Right to refuse service
Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.
Bookings, deposits and fees
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment—this respects both your time and mine. All bookings must be confirmed through our online system, with a confirmation sent via email or text. Remaining balances are due at the time of service via card on file (see below), Afterpay (5% surcharge), Cash, or PayID (no surcharges).

Take online payments by manually entering card details.

Rescheduling & Changes
You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance, and your booking fee will carry over to the new appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Changes made less than 24 hours prior may result in forfeiture and up to 100% of the service fee. Excessive rescheduling may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your booking fee, in some cases, full payment may be charged.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on studio scheduling. If the appointment cannot proceed, additional charges may apply.
Waxing Behaviour
We maintain a respectful and professional environment at all times. Inappropriate language, gestures, or behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to stop any service immediately if a client behaves in a way that is disruptive, offensive, or makes our staff feel unsafe. Full payment may still apply, and future bookings may be declined.
Your privacy
Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.
