Cancellation Policy
A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This ensures your time is reserved and mine is honored. If you need to adjust your booking, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid extra charges. Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows will result in your booking fee being forfeited. In some cases, the full treatment cost may be charged. You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance, and your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment. Please arrive on time.
